Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. For online orders, this "cooling-off" period typically begins the day after delievery.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in original, sellable condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories. We reserve the right to deny returns for items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of heavy use.

Exclusions
Certain items may be non-returnable once opened or activated, including: software, video games, and digital downloads. Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, batteries). Personalized or custom-configured products.

Restocking Fees
Opened electronics that are defective may be subject to a restocking fee (commonly 15%) to cover the cost of inspection and restocking.

Defective Items
If your item is defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately. These items are not subject to restocking fees, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

Proof of Purchase
